The Syrp Variable ND Filter Kit Small is made up of a 67mm variable ND filter (1 stop to 8.5 stops), a Syrp genuine leather case, a Syrp Lens cloth and two step-up ring adapters (52mm to 67mm and a 58mm to 67mm). This variable ND kit allows you to limit the amount of light entering the lens by 1-8.5 stops and achieve creative shots that are otherwise impossible in camera. Photographers can now shoot in bright, sunny conditions with low apertures and slower shutter speeds. For film-making you can achieve a shallow focus allowing your subject to be sharp while the rest of your scene is blurred out. For photography and time-lapse you can achieve enhanced motion blur in bright conditions and obtain smoothed waterfall shots, glassy lake or sea shots and wispy cloud shots. There are two Syrp ND filter kits available, small (67mm) and large (82mm).
The Key Features
- Low Profile design at only 9mm thick (or 12mm with thread adaptor)
- The Syrp Filter will only protrude 7mm (or 10mm with thread adaptor) from your lens when attached
- Special Japanese made glass coating to help prevent flare, as well as scratches and oily fingerprints. Solid aluminium and glass construction
Two kits available:
The small (67mm) ND filter kit includes step-up rings for 52mm -> 67mm and 58mm -> 67mm. The Filter provides exposure reduction from 1 stop (ND2) -> 8.5 stops (ND400).
The 82mm kit includes Step-up rings from 72mm -> 82mm and 77mm -> 82mm. Rather than buying seperate variable ND filters for each lens, simply use one Syrp ND filter and the supplied adapter rings to fit them all.
The Syrp variable ND filter has a neutral colour temperature that will not affect the colours of your image making it superior to other variable ND filters on the market.
