Please note: This is a digital gift voucher, no physical item will be dispatched for this product. You will receive the gift voucher via email with a printable attachement that contains the voucher code and these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

Wex Photo Video Gift Vouchers must be redeemed by calling our Contact Centre on 01603 486413 Mon-Fri 8am-7pm or in store.

• We regret that the Gift Vouchers code cannot be used to purchase directly from our website, however all eligible products listed on our website are available for purchase through our Call Centre.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used to pay for further Gift Vouchers.
• Gift Vouchers have no cash redemption value.
• Wex Photo Video may provide Gift Voucher purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Vouchers that they purchase.
• Change is not given on purchases which cost less than the value of the Gift Voucher presented, however, any value remaining on the voucher can be used towards any future payments with Wex Photo Video up to the expiry date.
• Any unused balance will be recorded by Wex Photo Video Call Centre for future purchases to be made, but will not be shown as credits in the ‘My Account' section of our website.
• If the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by suitable means i.e. credit/debit card, credit note or (if purchasing in our Showroom) via cash.
• Gift Vouchers and unused portions of the Gift Voucher will expire on the stamped date on the gift voucher (12 months from date of purchase) where permissible under applicable law.
• Normal Wex Photo Video terms and conditions of purchase and use of the www.wexphotovideo.com website apply (visit wex.co.uk/terms for more details).
• One or more Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against an order.
• Wex Photo Video is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
• Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation and Wex Photo Video reserves the right not to accept any vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.
