Wi-Fi transmission

The Zhiyun Wireless Video Receiver utilises a HDMI type A output, supporting up to 1080p30 video. It is, therefore, able to receive up to 1080p30 resolution footage over a Wi-Fi connection; up to 8.33m away from the paired transmitter.

Gimbal Compatability

The Zhiyun Wireless Video Receiver is compatible with the following stabiliser gimbals: Zhiyun WEEBILL-S, Zhiyun CRANE 2S and the Zhiyun CRANE 3S. Ideal for use when the stabilising gimbal is inaccessible or camera control has been split between an operator and a camera assistant.

What additional products are required to use this product to its full potential?

The Zhiyun Wireless Video Receiver requires the addition of the Zhiyun Wireless Image Transmitter and can be paired with the Zhiyun Handle for WEEBILL-S. Also, a pro handheld monitor (supporting 1080p30 resolution) is needed to display the real-time camera image; vital for when the stabilising gimbal is inaccessible or camera control has been split between an operator and a camera assistant.

Are you able to charge the device whilst in use?

You would be able to charge the Zhiyun Wireless Video Receiver via a USB power bank, however, not when using it with the Zhiyun Handle for WEEBILL-S. This is due to the fact that this remote-control handle must be connected via this same USB port to be supported.

What is low-latency?

Latency and camera jitters are measured in milliseconds (ms). If a device’s latency is less than 60 ms, it has a strong latency and if more, it has a weaker latency; image may be delayed or jitter. The Zhiyun Wireless Video Receiver has a low latency of 60 ms.
