XDR Display
Apple's answer to HDR (High Dynamic Range) is XDR. This is essentially the same but meets Apple's incredibly high visual standards. To help produce this XDR effect, the display features a backlighting system that is made up of 575 LEDs that can produce a consistent 1000 cd/m² level of brightness and can be pushed to 1600 cd/m² for a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio. This increased brightness level helps to further show the differences between light and dark areas.
Designed for Content Creators
Apple has equipped this display with reference modes that reconfigure the display to aid different media e.g. digital cinema (P3-DCI), photography (P3-D65), HDTV video (BT.709-BT.1886), design and print (P3-D50), Internet and web (sRGB), etc. When activated, these modes optimise various values such as colour space, white point, gamma, and brightness.
Apple True Tone
As seen in many Apple products, True Tone technology detects ambient lighting in your work environment and will automatically adjust the colour intensity and brightness of your screen to display the most accurate image possible.
Connectivity
This display offers one single Thunderbolt 3 port which supports up to 96W of host charging. There are also three USB 2.0 Type-C ports for charging and syncing other devices. With the power of Thunderbolt 3, users can daisy-chain up to six displays to their accompanying Mac Pro.
Nano-Texture Finish
The nano-texture matt glass coating featured in this Pro Display XDR provides extremely low reflectivity. This is achieved by the nano-textured being etched into the glass at a nanometre level. By using this technology, this screen sees unrivalled performance and user experience, with stunning images that maintain contrast while scattering light to reduce glare.

The balance of the finance agreement is payable directly to Novuna Consumer Finance in equal monthly instalments by monthly direct debit. Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
