Bright Light Output
The Light Storm 1200d Pro is an LED light and the brightest light fixture among the Aputure lineup. It uses a 1200W daylight COB chipset to deliver an output that is comparable to an industry-standard HMI light. It includes three different hyper reflectors (narrow, medium, and wide) to adapt the output and beam angle of the light according to the shooting scenario. Delivering a high CRI/TLCI rating of 95 and a precise colour temperature of 5600K, this light is ideal for outdoor shooting.
Excellent Compatibility
This 1200W COB LED light fixture includes a Bowens mount, making it compatible with Bowens mount modifiers, such as lanterns and softboxes. It can be easily attached to softboxes from Aputure and other manufacturers like Chimera Lighting and DoPchoice. As well as having versatile light fixture compatibility, it uses multiple powering options. The 1200d Pro can be powered using the included universal power supply and DC battery options. There are two DC inputs in the light. Providing power to one input will operate the light at half-power, and providing power to both inputs will operate the light at full power.
Weather-Resistant Construction
The IP54 weather-resistant design of this LED light makes it dust- and water-resistant. Water-resistant fans, rubber caps on all ports, weatherproof connectors, and sealed internal structures enable the light to be used in all kinds of shooting locations. It is built to withstand extreme and challenging weather environments.
Multiple Professional Control Methods
The light supports multiple wireless control methods including the Sidus Link app and the included DMX control. Integrating sACN and Art-net via a durable etherCON connector or a wireless Lumenradio CMRX, the light is built to be used by professional lighting technicians. The on-board controls and the Sidus Link app enable you to seamlessly control the lighting workflow. Using the application from any smartphone or tablet allows you to control the 1200d Pro from a distance of up to 400 metres.

What different FX effects are supported by the light?
The 1200d Pro LED light offers different special FX lighting effects, such as faulty bulb, pulsing, TV, strobe, explosion, lightning, paparazzi, and fireworks.
What are the beam angles with different hyper reflectors?
The light’s beam angle with no accessory is 66-degree. With a narrow hyper reflector, medium hyper reflector, and wide hyper reflector the beam angle of the light is 15-degree, 30-degree, and 45-degree respectively.
What are the different dimming curves of this light?
The light supports step-less dimming from 0% to 100% and the four dimming curves are linear, exponential, S-curve, and Log to ensure accuracy with your chosen brightness level.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
