Digital Imaging Technicians need a high-quality SDI monitor for on-set quick colour grading and managing production workflow. The PA24US can provide precise and true colour reproduction and details from camera and present them to the director/customers. The 12G-SDI input connection lets creators who use SDI PCIe capture cards or capture boxes directly connect to the PA24US via SDI instead of HDMI, delivers 4K high quality uncompressed videos to preview precise image performance. An ultra-high-resolution, wide-colour-gamut monitor performance is necessary for 4K HDR video production. Factory pre-calibration ensures industry-leading colour fidelity, and a wide colour gamut and Delta E < 1 colour difference ensures outstanding colour accuracy.

Impeccable 4K HDR Imagery On-set

The 23.6-inch 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) panel delivers four times the pixel density and three times more onscreen space than similarly sized FHD displays, resulting in sharper visuals with greater levels of detail. ProArt Display PA24US features 12G-SDI connection, allows receiving and transmitting uncompressed up to 4K@60Hz video footage directly from camera devices with ultra-low latency. ProArt Display PA24US features up to 600 nits of brightness and passes the VESA DisplayHDR 600 certification. Multiple HDR format supports HDR-10 / HLG high dynamic range technology for brighter whites and darker blacks, resulting in a rich and lifelike viewing experience. This Frameless IPS panel also provides 178° viewing angles, both horizontally and vertically, so you can enjoy its beautiful visuals from almost any direction.

Intuitive and Intelligent Calibration

ProArt Displays boast an innovative self-calibration feature for the embedded colourimeter. This standalone solution is compatible with any operating system and doesn’t require additional calibration software. Users may run the calibration process anytime or schedule it during off hours through the OSD menu. ASUS ProArt Calibration technology saves all colour parameter profiles on the ProArt monitor’s internal scaler IC chip instead of the PC. The monitor can be calibrated, and the look-up table is subsequently rewritten, allowing users to connect it to devices with different operating systems or applications without adjusting settings. Users can also use ProArt Calibration to schedule regular calibration intervals. ProArt Colour Center offers remote group control and calibration tools, allowing users to run vital tasks from a centralised location. Calibration schedules and customised colour parameters can be set to maintain consistent, professional-level accuracy. In addition to having a built-in colourimeter, ProArt displays PA32UCXR, which is compatible with most major calibrators, including those from X-Rite, Datacolor, and Klein. They also work seamlessly with Calman and Light Illusion ColourSpace CMS professional hardware calibration software.

Each ProArt display is factory pre-calibrated using a new, three-scale process to guarantee industry-leading colour fidelity. The display then undergoes stringent testing using ASUS advanced grayscale tracking technology to ensure smoother colour gradations, better uniformity and high colour accuracy with a Delta E < 1 colour difference value. Each grayscale level is also carefully measured and set to ensure compliance with the precise DICOM standard for medical use.

Create in Ultra-Vivid HDR

Exclusive ASUS Smart HDR technology enables ProArt Display PA32UCXR to support multiple HDR formats, including Dolby Vision, HLG, and HDR10. These displays also support multiple HDR10 curves, including PQ Hard Clip, PQ Optimised, and PQ Basic, which can cover all content creation needs. HDR Preview enables a direct camera-to-monitor connection to view captured HDR content with its full tonal range. It also works within most video editing software platforms, providing accurate simulations of the final output for a more effortless, more streamlined editing experience.

What devices can I connect to the PA24US?

The PA24US has rich connectivity options with a full-function USB-C port for superfast data transfers, video signal and 80-watt power delivery to charge laptops and other devices―all via a single cable. It features DisplayPort1.4 and two HDMI(v2.0) for compatibility with current and future displays and peripherals. It also features an earphone jack and USB 3.2 hub.

Can I view content from multiple sources on the PA24US?

View content from up to four input sources simultaneously. Each window’s colour mode can also be configured to sRGB, Adobe RGB, DCI-P3, Rec. 2020, User Mode 1, User Mode 2 and User Mode 3. Picture-in-picture mode places content from a second input source in a smaller window that can be placed in any corner of the display.

Can I swivel and tilt the PA24US?

The ergonomic stand offers tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustments for the perfect viewing position. Being able to pivot the screen 90° clockwise or anticlockwise to portrait orientation is handy when working with posters, playbills, and other large-format projects. A quick-release feature allows users to VESA mount the monitor to a wall to save desktop space.

Does the PA24US have a Blue Light Filter?

The TÜV Rheinland-certified ASUS Blue Light Filter protects you from harmful blue light, and you can easily access it via a hotkey. ProArt displays have undergone stringent performance tests and have been certified by TÜV Rheinland laboratories, a global provider of technical, safety, and certification services, to be flicker-free and to emit low blue light levels.

The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.

During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.

Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR (representative) on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
