The BETSO TCX-2+ is an ultra-compact, highly accurate timecode transceiver. It is based on our very easy-to-use " plug-and-play" philosophy, which is guaranteed by a wide OLED display and an easily replaced single AA battery. New RF transmission brings wireless continuous jamming of time code with 0 ppm error and clear status information of all connected devices to the network with just one click of a button.

RF transmission
Our whole new concept of wireless transmission of time code and status information is ideal for simple on stage workflow control. Each device connected to the network will be continuously jammed from transmitter and on each device you can observe status information of all other devices in the network. The operating range is up to 500m within the line of sight. The RF protocol incorporates a frequency-hopping spread spectrum technology approach, which ensures robust functionality even in environments with high RF noise. When unit set as receiver is out of the RF range, it keeps generating synced timecode.
All Time Code Formats
The TCX-2+ can receive or transmit signal with all existing SMPTE time code formats. With FW upgrade (can be bought separately) can precisely jam or start to generate new time codes of all existing SMPTE time code formats.

Thanks to precise CNC milling manufacturing technology, anodized aluminium alloy material and original high-quality connectors and components, the TCX-2 is very durable but still a very versatile time code unit.
Ultra Highly Accurate TCXO
Embedded high precision temperature compensated crystal oscillator TCXO with frequency accuracy off 0.2 ppm is the fundamental piece of hardware for stable and accurate time code and word clock generator. The superior quality of TCXO is best suited for changing environmental conditions where temperatures vary a lot during the day. Even in extreme weather conditions, the TCX-2+ will keep time codes in sync.
TCXO Calibration
Thanks to our sophisticated software methods, the ultra-highly accurate TCXO can be further calibrated to achieve much better than 0.2 ppm accuracy. These methods can be applied during jamming, when TCXO is calibrated to obtain exactly the same time base as the source of the time code.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR (representative) on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
