Stunning Image Quality
The Blackmagic Studio Camera 6K Pro is designed to not only work well in professional studios but deliver the highest visual quality too. This camera boasts a large 6K sensor that can shoot 6144 x 3456 resolution images at up to 50fps, as well as other 6K and 5.3K resolutions up to 60fps. Built-in ND filters can be used to further control the visuals directly into the camera, with clear, 2-stop, 4-stop and 6-stop settings.
The sensor also features 13 stops of dynamic range which pack every frame with detailed shadows and highlights. There is also an ISO of up to 25,600 so you can comfortably shoot in low-light conditions and still get great results. If you’re recording footage to edit, the 6K Pro records in Blackmagic RAW codecs so post-production is smooth and your images look just as good as they did when shooting.
Professional Production Use
Designed for use in live studio productions, the 6K Pro sports a multitude of connections and features effortlessly connect to switchers and seamlessly integrate with multicam setups. A 12G-SDI output and 12G-SDI program return input unlock camera control, talkback and tally functionalities that are essential in broadcast workflows. Talkback in particular allows the switcher operator to directly communicate with the camera operator during live events. The powerful HDMI output is capable of executing the same control features.
The inclusion of a 10G Ethernet connection opens up flexibility on studio sets. Such a powerful feature allows video, tally, talkback and camera power to be transferred through a single connection - making setups easier and faster. This 10G Ethernet also makes live streaming possible. By connecting the camera to the internet using Ethernet or mobile data, you can generate H.264 HD streams from any remote location. A SMPTE fibre workflow is essentially recreated using a low-cost Ethernet cable.
Versatile Functionality
Typically studio cameras are large and bulky but the 6K Pro is compact and portable whilst still packing in features to make shooting even easier. A large 7-inch viewfinder lets you see every detail in the frame, with touchscreen controls letting you easily change settings. There are also setting dials for greater control of settings and customisable functions for quick changes on the fly. It is also possible to record footage to an external source thanks to two USB-C expansion ports. For recording professional audio, the 6K Pro also sports XLR audio inputs with phantom power.

Can I use the 6K Pro with tripods?

Can I capture audio with the camera?

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
