The Cokin X-Pro (XL) NUANCES Infrared (720) Filter's main function is to cut UV and visible light. The filter begins transmitting from 50% at 720nm - the deep red end of the spectrum - and can reach a maximum transmission of 98% at 950nm on the infrared spectrum. For best results, use the filter with the EVO XL filter holder. This pairing will ensure that no incident light gets through the filter holder. Thanks to being manufactured from high-quality mineral glass, the filter maintains the full optical resolution of your lens.
