FAQs
Can I use the DJI Osmo 360 underwater straight out of the box?
The camera is waterproof to 10 metres without needing a housing, thanks to its IP68 rating. However, underwater stitching may be affected due to light refraction. DJI does not recommend using it alone for underwater panoramic recording.
Can I shoot in high frame rates with the Osmo 360?
In 360° mode, the camera records 4K/100fps for smooth, high-frame-rate capture with up to 4x slow motion. In single-lens mode, you can record up to 4K/120fps with a wide 170° field of view using Boost Video mode, ideal for action or sport content.
Is the DJI Osmo 360 compatible with third-party mounts?
Yes. The camera features a standard 1/4-inch thread mount on the bottom, making it compatible with most tripods, monopods, and mounts. However, for invisible stick shooting or magnetic attachment, DJI accessories are recommended.
What mobile devices and apps work with the Osmo 360?
The Osmo 360 connects via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to iOS and Android devices using the DJI Mimo app. This app enables live preview, remote control, editing, and firmware updates. Your device must meet DJI’s system requirements for app compatibility.
Does the DJI Osmo 360 Standard Combo include a selfie stick?
The Standard Combo does not include the Invisible Selfie Stick or Adjustable Quick-Release Adapter Mount. These can be purchased separately if you want to achieve the invisible third-person view or use Selfie Mode. Alternatively, the DJI Osmo 360 Adventure Combo includes one in the kit.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR (representative) on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
