Titan Stabilisation Algorithm
Equipped with the Titan Stabilisation Algorithm, the DJI RSC 2 is capable of capturing the smoothest footage to date with a DJI gimbal. Additionally, the SuperSmooth mode can compensate for micro-movements as well as increase torque, meaning that it can stabilise a 100mm zoom lens.
The RS 2 features even more creative functions including, Time Tunnel, Force Mobile, Timelapse, Track, and Panorama. Time Tunnel allows you to combine Roll 360 with hyperlapse for out-of-this world effects; Force Mobile mode forces the gimbal to follow your phone’s movements for fluid shots; Timelapse allows you to record the passage of time with a steady frame; Track can construct a repeatable camera movement path for choreographed shots; and finally, Panorama creates gigapixel panoramas straight from your camera.
More precise focus and zoom can be achieved thanks to the built-in front dial that complements the mounted focus wheel. Both are located above the trigger for comfortable shooting directly from the handle. RS 2’s 3D Focus System utilise ToF sensors in order to calculate the distance between the lens and your subject so that the resulting footage is sharp no matter the lighting situation. Thanks to this, you can use fast AF on manual, large-aperture lenses for even more creative possibilities.
