Expanded Hasselblad X1D II 50C Key Features:
A worthy upgrade
Hasselblad's X1D 50C was an immensely popular camera thanks to its unparalleled optical performance, and the X1D II 50C picks up where its predecessor left off. 50MP medium format CMOS sensor drives the camera, while an improved rear LCD, OLED EVF, and live view (60fps) performance take this camera to the next level.
Continuous shooting
The camera's buffer is capable of handling 10 frames continuously at 2.7 frames per second - a rarity amongst high resolution medium format systems. Image capture can carry beyond those 10 frames, permitting the SD card has a fast enough write speed. In which case, users can continue continuous capture until the card is full.
Faster performance
The X1D II 50C provides an improved performance when it comes to reducing the blackout time between when the shutter is pressed and when the image appears on the rear LCD. The camera's start-up time has been optimised to just 5.4 seconds.
Huge performance - compact design
Hasselblad have worked to produce the smallest mirrorless medium format system possible without compromising image quality, with the camera now taking up nearly the same amount of space as a standard mirrorless system.
Enhanced connectivity
The camera features a wealth of connectivity options including dual UHS-II slots, a USB 3.0 Type-C connector, audio I/O ports, Wi-Fi, and GPS.
Customisable Autofocus System
With 117 AF points available for selection, users can choose whether each point covers an area of 2x2mm, 2.8x2.8mm, or 4x4mm. Upon selection the rear display becomes a touch pad, allowing users to simply tap an area to select the AF point.
