Modular Camera Cage for the Panasonic Camera

Compatible with the Panasonic S1H series camera like DC-S1, DC-S1R, and DC-S1H; the Kondor Blue Panasonic Lumix S1H Ultimate Rig includes a modular camera cage with an open design. It allows full access to the camera’s controls and ports while protecting the camera from all sides. It features NATO rails on the left and top side for additional accessory attachment and a quick-release camera plate system. The bubble leveller ensures that the camera is balanced. The rig allows for a full cinema setup with your camera and is a versatile shoulder rig with shoulder support. The rubber padding prevents twisting and slipping of the camera. It is available in a space grey and black finish, featuring multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8”-16 accessory mounting points with ARRI-style anti-twist threads. The cold shoe mount with a safety pin arrangement prevents accidental falling out of accessories. The integrated Arca-Swiss plate on the bottom of the cage allows you to easily mount it onto a tripod.

Trigger Handle for Camera Control

The top handle can be mounted on top of the cage using the NATO rail and it features a start/stop control button to seamlessly control the camera’s recording function. The LANC port makes the cage compatible with a wide variety of camera models including those of JVC, Z Cam, Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, and others. The handle offers multiple accessory attachment points with 3/8”-16 threaded holes with ARRI locator pins and over eighteen 1/4"-20 hole options, allowing you to attach anti-twist accessories like a mini quick-release plate and other different accessories. The 15 mm side rod support enables attachment of EVF or monitors and the handle can also slide onto both the left and right side of the cage using the NATO rails. There is a cold shoe mount on each end of the handle. Made from aluminium, the handle offers a comfortable and ergonomic grip design.

Professional Battery Power

The universal baseplate features an ARRI-standard dovetail and 15 mm LWS rod support along with a side-load camera plate system to easily mount the camera from the top instead of having it slide in from the front. You can add professional battery power to the rig with the included V-mount Cine battery plate. It attaches to the rig using a 15 mm rod clamp and provides multiple DC power output ports for accessories and the camera. Different barrel outputs allow you to input AC power to power accessories or to charge the battery. The rod clamps are secured using two locking levers, on the LWS rod support.
