With an impressively wide 135° angle of view that is complemented by an advanced rectilinear design that minimises distortions, this lens is perfect for the likes of landscape or architectural photography. In order to achieve such a high-quality image, the lens structure is made up of 14 elements arranged into 10 lens groups.
Within the 14 elements, there is a range of specialised lens elements including two extra-low dispersion elements that reduce chromatic aberrations and colour fringing, two aspherical elements that control spherical aberrations and distortion and finally, two UHR or Ultra-High Refractive lens elements. Despite its prime purpose, landscape and architectural photography, the lenses full manual focusing operation allows for a minimum close focus of just 12cm that allows you to get creative with your perspectives.
Portable and Rugged
The lens is super-lightweight and compact, weighing in at just 350g, it's ideal for that adventure where portability is at the forefront. It features a built-in petal-shaped lens hood that helps to prevent stray light from entering the lens barrel that would otherwise cause lens flare or ghosting. Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
