How much longer will my camera last with the grip?
Using the compatible BP-SCL4 battery, you'll get up to double the battery life.
Can you charge the battery in the grip without removing it?
You cannot charge the battery while it's in the grip. You'll have to remove the battery from the grip to charge as you would with your camera battery.
