The RGBW system delivers both intense white output and vivid colour, offering strong creative flexibility on set.
Wide CCT range and colour accuracy
A CCT range from 2700K to 7500K, with ±150 green/magenta shift, ensures precise matching with natural light, tungsten, or other fixtures. The FC-500C achieves CRI 95, TLCI 94, TM-30 Rf 92 and Rg 100, maintaining natural tones in both still and motion capture. SSI ratings of 84 (3200K) and 71 (5600K) confirm its spectral accuracy, supporting consistent results when mixing sources or colour grading across multiple cameras.
Flexible control and creative lighting modes
Five operational modes include CCT, HSI, RGBW, Gel, and Effect, all adjustable through on-board controls or remote systems. Fifteen built-in effects, such as flash, storm, candle, and firework, can be customised for realism, making the light adaptable to studio and narrative production. Users can control settings directly on the fixture, through the NANLINK 2.0 App, via DMX/RDM for broadcast rigs, or using the optional FC PowerController for wired adjustment.
Efficient cooling and quiet operation
A redesigned 11cm fan delivers high airflow at lower speeds, keeping noise below 29 dBA in Smart mode. Four modes, Smart, High Speed, Low Speed and Off, allow users to balance output and sound for each shoot. In Smart or High-Speed modes, the fixture maintains full 100% output, while Low Speed limits to 50% and Off to 8%, supporting sound-sensitive filming or interviews.
Lightweight design and accessory compatibility
With the lamp head weighing 3.91kg, the FC-500C is easy to position for overhead or mobile setups. The standard Bowens mount accepts Nanlite’s FL-20G Fresnel Lens and a wide range of third-party modifiers, while an umbrella slot adds further diffusion options. The separate 2.24kg power supply keeps the head compact and stable when rigged. A high-density EPP carry case with lockable closures protects the light and accessories during transport.
Versatile power and firmware support
The NanLite FC-500C LED RGBW Spot Light runs on AC 100-240 V or DC 48 V input, with optional battery operation possible via the FC PowerController for remote or outdoor setups. Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR (representative) on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
