The Evoke 600C delivers output on par with many 600W-class daylight LEDs, reaching over 20,000 lux at 3 metres with the supplied 25-degree reflector. This level of output makes it usable as a key light, through diffusion, or bounced on larger sets. Unlike bi-colour units, it maintains high intensity even when working in saturated colours.
Is the Evoke 600C practical for outdoor and location work?
Yes. The light is rated IP66, so it can work in rain, dust, and changing weather without additional housing. The all-in-one design means there is no separate ballast to manage, which speeds up rigging and reduces clutter on location. With the lamp head weighing just over 7kg, it remains manageable for stands, cranes, or vehicle-mounted rigs.
How quiet is the cooling system during filming?

Can I use my existing modifiers with the Evoke 600C?
The light uses the NANLUX BE mount with a PosiTight locking system for secure attachment of reflectors and Fresnels, including motorised options. Can the light be powered from batteries or DC sources?
The Evoke 600C supports DC input at 48V, allowing it to run from suitable high-capacity battery systems. This makes it workable for locations where mains power is limited or unavailable, provided the battery supply can meet the current demand. It can be powered by a V-Mount battery using the Power Station, available separately.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR (representative) on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
