What are the indications of the Neumann logo?
The white Neumann logo is used to indicate the status of the remote control. The red flashing logo indicates that the protection system is active. It indicates that the LFE gain is at +10 dB and that the Bass Management is enabled.
Can it be cleaned?
No liquids are to be used while cleaning the NRC 1 and a soft, dry, lint-free cloth can be used instead. Always ensure to disconnect the subwoofer from the mains' power before cleaning.
Which all cables are compatible with the NRC 1?
A standard CAT-5 cable from third parties can be used with the remote control. Additional Neumann cables of different lengths can also be used as per the requirement such as the RC 2, RC 5, RC 10, RC 15, RC 20, RC 25, and RC 30.
Which all devices can it be connected to?
It is designed to be used with Neumann’s extensive range of studio monitors and subwoofers, especially the KH 810 and the KH 870. Only the subwoofers with a 7.1 HD Bass Manager are recommended to be used with the NRC 1.
