The Sony PXW-FX6 has a lightweight and compact design; a feature that isn't too common when talking about high-end video cameras. It is quite extraordinary that the Sony FX6 packs a full-frame sensor into a body comparable to the previous S35-sensor Sony FS5. Handheld shooting is also a breeze, with a durable magnesium alloy chassis and the whole system weighing in at a mere 0.89 KG. The FX6 is something special, able to easily pair with a multitude of accessories to include grips and viewfinders, in particular the FX6's 3.5 inch LCD Viewfinder, which fits in various positions for added freedom and touch-sensitive menu control. Exceptional Low-Light Capabilities
The FX6's base sensitivity is ISO 800, with an enhanced sensitivity setting of ISO 12,800 (expandable to 409,600); exceptional in low and very low-light conditions. Keeping this in mind, this cinema camera is ideal for ‘run and gun' shooting and when camera-operators are unable to control the light levels (external/on-location or documentary-style shooting). The FX6 offers further support with advanced cinematic colour science, utilising S-Cinetone for richer tonal reproduction, as well as S-Log3 and S-Gamut3.
AutoFocus Mode For Stunning Slow-Motion
Accessing Sony Alpha's remarkable autofocus features, the FX6 actions Fast Hybrid AF. This works by combining 627-point focal-plane phase-detection AF with advanced face detection and real-time eye AF in high frame rates with continuous AF. By doing so, it allows camera-operators to track fast-moving subjects in slow-motion without losing focus. The FX6 does this with flawless precision, where Fast Hybrid AF can be utilised with over 50 native E-Mount lenses and used even at 4K 120p.

The FX6 is compatible with over 50 Sony E-Mount lenses and a whole range of third-party lenses. Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
