The wide coverage and shallow depth of field also lend themselves to gimbal-based video, street work, and creative low-light filming.

Built around 13 elements in 11 groups, the lens features 2 aspherical, 3 extra-low dispersion, and 3 high-refractive index elements to minimise distortion, reduce chromatic aberration, and maintain sharpness across the frame. A floating focus mechanism maintains optical performance across the entire range, enhancing clarity and minimising field curvature at close distances. With a minimum focusing distance of 0.23 metres, it allows close subject framing while maintaining background context and separation.
