Vauxhall Retail Shop Closure

Our Vauxhall retail store will close permanently on 1st December 2025. Fixation Repair at Vauxhall will remain open as usual. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions.

Why is the Vauxhall retail store closing?

Despite the dedication of our team, the Vauxhall retail shop has experienced significantly low customer visits in recent years, which has affected its long-term viability.

Is Fixation Repair still open in Vauxhall?

Yes. Fixation Repair remains open, Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm. Services available: Repairs, Click & Collect, Rental pick-up/return.

When is the last day of retail trading at Vauxhall?

The final trading day for the retail shop is Friday 28 November 2025.

Are staff losing their jobs?

No. All colleagues from the Vauxhall retail location are transferring to our other London stores.

Where can I shop in person now?

Our full retail experience, with a wider product range and in-store events is available at: Putney store, Whitechapel store.

Can I return an item I bought from the Vauxhall store?

Yes. You can return items in any of the following ways: In person at Putney or Whitechapel (store finder page) Online via our returns help section. No returns will be accepted at our Vauxhall location from 1st December.

What happens to my outstanding order?

We can redirect your order for: Collection at Putney or Whitechapel, or home delivery on request Please contact customer service if you want to change your delivery or collection point.

Can I still use Click & Collect at Vauxhall?

Yes. Click & Collect collection is still available through the Fixation Repair counter at Vauxhall between 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Can I drop off or collect rental equipment at Vauxhall?

Yes. Rental drop-offs and collections continue through the Repair counter between 10am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
