What customisation options are available in the OM-3's Colour and Monochrome Profile Controls?
The Colour Profile Control allows adjustment of 12 colours across 11 levels, combined with Highlight and Shadow Control for dynamic tones. Four presets are included: ‘Standard’, ‘Chrome Film Rich Colour’, ‘Chrome Film Vivid’, and ‘Chrome Film Soft Tone’ for tailored results.
The Monochrome Profile Control lets you apply effects such as Colour Filters, Shading, and Film Grain to create distinctive black-and-white images with four presets: ‘Standard’, ‘Classic Film B&W’, ‘Classic Film IR’, and ‘Classic Film Low Contrast’.
What lenses are compatible with the OM SYSTEM OM-3?
The OM-3 uses the Micro Four Thirds mount, which is compatible with a wide range of OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko Digital lenses. These include weather-sealed options for added protection in harsh shooting conditions. We recommend the OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko Digital ED 25mm f1.8 II Lens, the 17mm f1.8 II Lens, or the 100-400mm f5-6.3 IS II Lens.

With IP53-rated construction, the OM-3 is dustproof, splashproof, and operational in extreme temperatures ranging from -10°C to +40°C, ensuring reliable performance in challenging environments.
Does the OM-3 support wireless functionality?
The OM-3 features built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for wireless file sharing, remote shooting, and seamless integration with compatible devices. The OM Image Share smartphone app (OI.Share) connects the camera to Wi-Fi, transfers images and shooting data, and performs remote operations. OI.Share can also update the firmware on the camera body and back up camera settings.
Can I control the OM SYSTEM OM-3 camera remotely?
The OM-3 pairs easily with the OM SYSTEM RM-WR2 Wireless Remote via Bluetooth or the included cable, allowing you to control your camera from a distance.
