Requiring a separately sold eyepiece module, this module features an extra-large 115mm objective lens that is specifically designed to draw a huge amount of light, more than all other modules resulting in a large exit pupil for improved low-light performance. Increasing the image quality, Swarovski has included an extra-low dispersion fluoride HD glass that limits chromatic aberrations and a field-flattener lens system eliminates spherical aberrations. Together, these elements produce clearer images that are free of colour fringing. Additionally, There are anti-reflection SWAROTOP lens coatings that are used to reduce glare and improve contrast, colour rendition, and clarity across your scene.

Rugged and Durable

Designed to withstand the rigours of outdoor use, the module is lightweight and features an impact-resistant magnesium-alloy housing that matches the required Swarovski eyepieces. It has rubber armour that protects against impact as well as making it effectively slip-proof. There are various coatings including scratch-resistant SWARODUR coatings that protect exterior lens surfaces and a SWAROCLEAN non-stick coating on exposed lens surfaces that is designed to allow sap and oils to be easily removed. Finally, the lens is nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed which results in effective dust- and waterproofing (submersible to 4m), and provides internal fog-proofing - essential for when moving through extreme temperature changes or environmental conditions.
