The Fujifilm GFX100RF combines high-resolution imaging with a compact, fixed-lens design, taking inspiration from Fujifilm's fan-favourite, the X100VI. Featuring the GFX series’ 102MP GFX CMOS II sensor and X-Processor 5, it offers a wide dynamic range, precision autofocusing, and 4K 30P 10-bit recording. Its 35mm f4 fixed lens, digital teleconverter with three focal lengths, and aspect ratio dial bring a new level of multiformat flexibility to medium-format photography.

Does the GFX100RF have in-built image stabilisation?
The GFX100RF does not feature in-body image stabilisation (IBIS) for still photography. However, it includes Digital Image Stabilisation (DIS) and IS Mode Boost, available in movie mode only. These features help reduce camera shake during video recording, providing smoother handheld footage.
How good is the GFX100RF’s battery life?
The GFX100RF is powered by the high-performance NP-W235 Li-ion battery, providing up to 820 frames per charge with Auto Power Save enabled. This battery ensures reliable performance for casual photography and travel, though we recommend a spare battery for extended shoots or video recording. The camera records up to 100 minutes of 4K (29.97p) or 90 minutes of Full HD (59.94p) on a single charge (face detection off).
Does the GFX100RF have a touch screen?
Yes, the GFX100RF has a touchscreen with various touch functions. In Shooting Mode, users can control AF, Focus Area selection, Double Tap Setting (ON/OFF), Touch Function Setting (ON/OFF), and EVF Touch Screen Area Setting, or turn off touch controls entirely. In Playback Mode, the touchscreen supports swiping, pinch-to-zoom, double-tap, and drag gestures for intuitive image review.
Does the GFX100RF have Fujifilm film simulation modes?
The Fujifilm GFX100RF offers 20 Film Simulation modes, replicating Fujifilm’s iconic film looks. PROVIA, Velvia, and ASTIA provide distinct colour profiles, while Classic Chrome, REALA ACE, and Nostalgic Neg add a stylised touch. ETERNA and ETERNA Bleach Bypass create cinematic tones, while ACROS, Black & White, and Sepia offer monochrome options. These modes deliver a classic film aesthetic in-camera, minimising post-processing.
How compact is the GFX100RF?
As the lightest camera in the GFX series, Fujifilm designed the GFX100RF for maximum portability without compromising image quality. The body measures 133.5mm (W) x 90.4mm (H) x 76.5mm (D), making it exceptionally compact for a medium-format system. It weighs approximately 735g with the battery and memory card and 654g without.
Is the GFX100RF weather-resistant?
Although the Fujifilm GFX100RF is not inherently weather-resistant, combined with the included PRF-49 protective filter and adapter ring, it achieves a sealed structure that protects against dust and moisture. This setup ensures greater durability in light rain or dusty conditions, making it more reliable for outdoor photography.
